Tools for metabolic health
What Volume believes
Volume began with a quiet frustration: the supplement aisle keeps inventing things, while the body keeps asking for the few it has always known.
So we made a small, deliberate range — six tools for metabolic health, built on inputs with real lineage. Cold-pressed black seed oil. Grass-fed tallow. Real coffee, zero sugar. None of it was dreamed up by a marketing team; most of it predates the marketing team by a few thousand years.
We hold a few principles and don't bend them. Single ingredients over proprietary blends — if you can't pronounce it, we didn't add it. Whole inputs over isolates, because the body recognizes food, not fragments. Cold-pressed over solvent-extracted, because method is the difference between a remedy and a residue. And a lab number on every bottle, because trust should be measurable, not implied.
That's the whole company. Six honest products, one ingredient list you can actually read, and the conviction that metabolic health was never meant to be complicated.
