How fast does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery anywhere in the contiguous U.S. takes 3–5 business days after shipping.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping on every order over $100. Orders under that have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the U.S. only. International expansion is on the roadmap — join the Volume list to be notified when it launches.

What is black seed oil?
Black seed oil is pressed from the seeds of the Nigella sativa plant — a small black seed used in apothecary traditions across the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia for thousands of years. The active compound is thymoquinone (TQ), which is responsible for most of its documented anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and metabolic effects.
How much black seed oil should I take daily?
The standard daily dose is one teaspoon, on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning. Consistency matters more than dose — most users notice changes within 14–21 days.
What does it taste like?
Sharp, peppery, and earthy. The strong taste is actually a reliable proxy for thymoquinone content — if your black seed oil tastes flat or neutral, it likely contains very little TQ. Mix with honey, smoothies, or food if the taste is too intense.
Is Volume third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is lab-verified for thymoquinone content. Certificate of Analysis available on request.
Can I take it with other vitamins or medications?
It's generally safe alongside other vitamins and supplements. If you're on prescription medication, consult your healthcare provider first.
Is it vegan? Halal? Gluten-free?
Our oil is plant-based, gluten-free, and naturally vegan. Our capsules use halal-certified gelatin (not vegan). All Volume products are cruelty-free.
